Craig’s Cafe & Bakery was founded by Miraldy Silva, an immigrant woman with a passion for family, community, and good food. Inspired by one of her son’s experience working in kitchens, Miraldy decided to open a cafe where their talents would come together. One of her sons is now the chef, another is the barista in charge, and what began as an idea has grown into a truly family-driven business.

With a vision for the growing Hialeah Gardens area, Miraldy created a warm neighborhood spot offering fresh food, great coffee, and genuine hospitality. Craig’s Cafe & Bakery is her way of giving back to the community that welcomed her, one plate and one cup at a time.
